Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, to ensure fairness to both our clients and staff, we kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact our manager, Jinny, as early as possible to make new arrangements.

  • If we are unable to reach you on the day of your scheduled service, and a reschedule is required, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.
